Senior Finance Analyst (Retail Industry)

About the role

We are supporting a luxury retail business that seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision‑making. The role works closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial and Operations in a fast‑paced, data‑rich environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end close and budgeting processes.
• Partner with commercial teams to deliver reporting and weekly sales analysis.
• Produce variance analysis and maintain financial dashboards.
• Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis for decision‑making.
• Identify margin improvement opportunities and cost efficiencies.
• Present insights to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects and analyses as required.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and modelling.
• Background in retail, product, wholesale, FMCG or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, data‑rich environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
