Senior Finance Business Partner – Liverpool (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Finance Business Partner to join our growing finance function in Liverpool. You will turn financial and operational data into actionable insight, support strategic planning and help improve performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce KPI reporting, dashboards and management information.
• Analyse trends, variances and risks to deliver actionable insight.
• Build and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and ERP data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning.
• Create financial models, scenarios and business cases.
• Improve reporting automation, data quality and governance.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to understand performance drivers.

Required profile

• Qualified ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong analytical ability and clear presentation of complex information.
• Advanced modelling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Dynamics.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, planning and performance reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
