Senior Finance Business Partner – Tech Services

About the role

ClearCourse is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for its Tech Services division. Working in a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed SaaS business, you will partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight that drives strategic decisions and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting across multiple business units.
• Deliver insightful analysis, financial modelling and performance reporting for executive and board review.
• Identify risks, opportunities and trends, offering clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Challenge and support business leaders to improve profitability and meet growth targets.
• Continuously improve reporting, KPIs and management information.
• Build strong relationships across Finance, Shared Services and operational leadership teams.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5‑7 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business analysis capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with confidence to influence senior leaders.
