Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Agentic AI

About the role

This is a hands‑on engineering position focused on designing, building and deploying production‑ready AI agents and multi‑agent systems for enterprise customers. The role combines AI development, software integration and direct customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and multi‑agent workflows using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google and Microsoft.
• Integrate agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, cloud services and internal business systems.
• Implement retrieval pipelines, automation workflows and orchestration, and create evaluation frameworks, automated testing, monitoring and production safeguards.
• Own technical delivery from discovery and prototyping through to production deployment, ensuring reliability, security, maintainability and scalability.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript, Java or equivalent languages.
• Proven experience developing applications using large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), prompting and multi‑agent workflows.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
