About the role
We are building a unified, self‑improving Learning Platform that powers both SalesApe and our Self‑Serve Abi AI business partner. As the Senior Founding Engineer you will architect and deliver the intelligence layer that captures business events, measures outcomes, and continuously refines AI recommendations across millions of small businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale a production‑ready learning platform, evolving a seeded prototype into a robust, resilient system.
- Provide technical leadership by shaping the roadmap, defining architectural standards, and shielding the engineering team from day‑to‑day noise.
Required profile
- Proven experience building learning or recommendation systems that improve from real‑world feedback.
- Systems thinker who constantly asks how a platform can become smarter through feedback loops.
Required skills
- Distributed systems and event‑driven architecture
- Data engineering, stream processing, feature stores
- Graph databases (knowledge graphs) and vector databases
- Python, TypeScript, SQL
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
