Senior Full Stack Engineer – Energy/PropTech Startup

About the role

We are partnering with an ambitious startup that creates software for heat‑pump installers and homeowners. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will help shape a product suite that drives the energy and prop‑tech sectors forward.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver responsive UI components, preferably in React.
• Participate in bug‑fixing, performance tuning, and production support.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion best‑practice engineering standards.
• Work closely with product, data, and iOS teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to ship production‑ready products at scale.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Interest or experience in energy, climate‑tech, or prop‑tech domains is a plus.
