Senior Fund Controller – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fund Controller to join a leading pan‑European real estate investment management business on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of real estate funds, working closely with portfolio managers, tax, treasury and investor relations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial management and reporting for a portfolio of real estate funds.
• Lead finance workstreams on acquisitions and disposals, including transaction structuring, financial due diligence and financing.
• Review outsourced quarterly and annual financial reporting, consolidated accounts, NAV calculations and investor reporting.
• Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisers and other third‑party service providers.
• Support investor reporting, prepare presentations and respond to investor queries.
• Collaborate with Treasury on cash management, debt facilities, covenant reporting and cash forecasting.
• Oversee tax compliance, corporate governance and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with relevant post‑qualified experience.
• Strong background in real estate investment management or property investment.
• Experience reviewing outsourced fund accounting and statutory reporting.
• Exposure to acquisitions, debt financing and complex investment structures.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior internal and external parties.

• Competitive salary range of £90,000‑£110,000 per year.
