Senior Google Workspace Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Google Workspace Trainer to design and deliver bespoke learning pathways for enterprise clients. You will act as a commercial consultant and expert facilitator, shaping training programmes that solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver custom curriculum and learning pathways based on client needs.
• Conduct independent Training Needs Analyses and scope Google Workspace Statements of Work.
• Draft standard training SoWs, contribute to pre‑sales proposals and identify upsell opportunities during delivery.
• Lead quality assurance for freelance trainers, briefing and peer‑reviewing their sessions.
• Develop premium, high‑margin sessions for recurring‑revenue training products.
• Mentor core trainers, review course materials and champion continuous improvement.
• Deliver high‑value, bespoke workflow training and specialise in advanced Google Workspace features.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior trainer or learning consultant in an enterprise environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to run TNAs and contribute to sales cycles independently.
• Excellent facilitation and curriculum design skills.
• Ability to mentor others and ensure consistent delivery quality.
