Senior Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join our fast‑growing integrated advertising agency in Manchester. You will own the end‑to‑end process of strategy, pitching, media planning, buying and client management across OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and wider ATL channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for inbound client opportunities.
• Plan, pitch and buy media across OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and ATL.
• Build comprehensive media plans and campaign recommendations.
• Lead client communications from brief through delivery.
• Manage campaigns end‑to‑end, ensuring commercial performance.
• Support wider agency growth initiatives and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in an agency or advertising sales environment.
• Proven experience planning and buying OOH campaigns.
• Strong understanding of OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and ATL media channels.
• Track record of managing campaigns or clients from inception to completion.
• Confidence in building media plans and presenting recommendations.
• Comfortable leading client communication and negotiations.
