Senior HR Advisor (£40-52k)

About the role

FindCore are assisting a leading company in hiring a Senior HR Advisor. This is a permanent, full‑time role (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm) based in Birmingham with one day per week remote. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £52,000 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support to directors and managers.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances and performance matters.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Support performance reviews, employee development and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Help develop a positive, accountable and high‑performing workplace culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Manager, HR Advisor or similar.
• CIPD Level 3 or above.
• Strong employee‑relations and employment‑law knowledge.
• Experience managing disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.
• Confident advising and influencing managers.
• Experience within a fast‑paced or growing business is advantageous.
