As a Senior HR Business Partner you will influence business decisions, strengthen leadership capability and help create a high‑performing culture where both people and the organisation can thrive. This strategic, hands‑on role sits in a fast‑paced, growing environment and works closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercially focused people solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee‑relations matters and ensure consistent policy application.
• Coach and develop managers to enhance leadership capability and confidence.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning and business transformation initiatives.
• Analyse people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that improve decision‑making.
• Contribute to HR projects that enhance employee engagement, succession planning and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a senior HR Business Partnering role, preferably in a fast‑growing business.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience of HR change management, restructuring, workforce planning, TUPE and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to travel to other offices across the UK and Europe as required.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment best practice.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic business decisions.
• Ability to interpret people data and translate insights into practical solutions.
