Senior HR Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing SaaS platform that manages contractor workforces globally, is looking for a Senior HR Manager. Reporting to a Fractional CPO and working closely with the CEO, COO and department heads, you will act as a hands‑on business partner to build HR frameworks that support rapid growth while ensuring an inclusive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations including onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll support, HRIS management and policy administration.
• Maintain and update HR policies in line with UK employment law and evolving business needs.
• Provide trusted employee‑relations advice, ensuring fair and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain HR systems and produce accurate headcount, turnover and workforce‑trend reports.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and continuous‑development initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to align People & Culture practices with business objectives.
• Support organisational change and ensure operational stability throughout the contract period.

Required profile

• Significant HR leadership experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth start‑up environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR compliance and policy frameworks.
• Proven experience managing employee‑relations matters across multiple regions.
• Experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) providers for international employee management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion programmes.
