Senior Insolvency Administrator

About the role

Ambition Europe Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its growing team in the Whiteley/Southampton area. You will own a varied corporate caseload, guiding each matter from inception through to closure while working in a supportive, collaborative restructuring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of liquidations and administrations from start to finish, ensuring timely case progression and statutory reporting.
• Communicate regularly with directors, stakeholders, solicitors, agents and other third‑party professionals.
• Conduct investigations into directors' conduct and company affairs where required.
• Identify and manage high‑risk issues, providing clear guidance to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in corporate insolvency, with a proven ability to manage diverse caseloads.
• Strong understanding of insolvency procedures, compliance requirements and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high numeracy and analytical ability, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, highly organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
