Senior Investment Analyst – FP&A & Project Finance

About the role

Join Tiro Partners Limited as a Senior Investment Analyst, working directly with the CFO on financial modelling, deal structuring, and project finance for a growing portfolio of energy infrastructure assets. This role offers hands‑on exposure to live transactions, returns modelling, and investor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for individual assets and the overall portfolio.
• Track project costs, funding sources, and returns, providing scenario analysis for deal structuring.
• Evaluate new asset acquisition and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with accounting to produce cash‑flow forecasts and keep model assumptions up‑to‑date.
• Support pricing models, unit‑economics analysis, and revenue forecasting from the sales pipeline.
• Prepare investor and funder materials, respond to diligence requests, and simplify complex project economics into clear insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in investment environments, FP&A, corporate finance, or project‑based finance.
• Strong financial modelling expertise using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in deal structuring, scenario analysis, and investor communications.
• Qualified or part‑qualified accountant with commercial instincts is a plus.
• Exposure to infrastructure, construction, real estate, or energy sectors is desirable.
