Senior IT Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our fast‑growing Edinburgh office. You will work within our dedicated IT division, helping public, private and not‑for‑profit organisations find the right technology talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external clients.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Utilise our market‑leading CRM systems to track activity and improve efficiency.
• Provide market insight and advice to both candidates and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong sales record.
• Minimum of three years’ success in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously while collaborating with the team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
