Senior Knowledge Lawyer – Employment Head of Team

About the role

This strategic leadership position will shape the future of legal knowledge and innovation within a nationally recognised Employment practice. You will head the Professional Support Lawyers (PSL) team, driving knowledge management, digital transformation and client‑focused training.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of PSLs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of high‑quality legal content across Employment law.
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for lawyers and clients.
• Champion the adoption of legal technology and automation tools.
• Collaborate with partners, innovation specialists and knowledge professionals to enhance efficiency and support business development.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE.
• Deep expertise in Employment Law; Immigration Law experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience, either as a Professional Support Lawyer or senior Employment lawyer.
• Strong commercial awareness and enthusiasm for legal innovation.
• Willingness to consider part‑time working arrangements.
