About the role

Our client, a growing vehicle leasing division, is seeking a Senior Leasing Sales Specialist to lead new‑business generation and expand the customer base. You will act as the face of the division, building long‑term relationships and shaping the future growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new leasing opportunities across multiple markets using your existing industry network.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, converting them into long‑term leasing clients.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, delivering tailored vehicle leasing solutions.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer journey from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Represent the business at networking events, industry meetings and trade shows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vehicle leasing or automotive finance sales, with a strong professional network.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage long‑term client relationships.
• Commercially focused mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
