About the role
We are seeking a proactive Senior Legal PA to join a busy legal team in Leeds City Centre. The role offers a hybrid working model and requires a highly organised individual who can juggle multiple tasks while supporting partners and senior staff.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor team and partner email inboxes and ensure timely responses.
- Provide comprehensive and proactive diary management.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for staff.
- Organise meetings, events and client presentations.
- Assist the finance team with client billing processes.
- Support business development activities, including preparation of tenders.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary or PA within a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
What we offer
- Hybrid working arrangement based in Leeds City Centre.
- Competitive salary ranging from £34,000 to £38,000 per year.
