About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Legal PA to join a busy legal team in Leeds City Centre. The role offers a hybrid working model and requires a highly organised individual who can juggle multiple tasks while supporting partners and senior staff.

Key responsibilities

Monitor team and partner email inboxes and ensure timely responses.
Provide comprehensive and proactive diary management.
Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for staff.
Organise meetings, events and client presentations.
Assist the finance team with client billing processes.
Support business development activities, including preparation of tenders.

Required profile

Previous experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary or PA within a professional services environment.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.

Competitive salary ranging from £34,000 to £38,000 per year.
