About the role

Our client, a leading UK firm based in Manchester City Centre, is seeking a Senior Legal PA to provide high‑level administrative support to a busy legal team. The role is hybrid, allowing a mix of office and remote work, and requires a proactive, highly organised individual who can juggle multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and triage team and partner emails.
Manage comprehensive diaries and schedule meetings.
Arrange travel, accommodation and related logistics.
Organise meetings, events and client presentations.
Assist the finance team with client billing processes.
Support business development activities, including preparation of tenders.

Required profile

Previous experience as a PA within a legal practice or professional services environment.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office.

What we offer

Competitive salary ranging from £33,000 to £35,000 per annum.
