Senior Legal Technology Analyst

About the role

This is a dynamic, step‑up opportunity for an experienced professional to lead legal technology initiatives for a top US law firm. You will own key technology areas, provide expert support, and mentor junior team members while enjoying a competitive salary and hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Independently support and troubleshoot practice technology, resolving complex issues and escalating when required.
• Evaluate and test emerging legal tech, including generative AI, and deliver feedback and analysis.
• Prepare and deliver user training content, ensuring effective adoption.
• Monitor system usage and adoption trends, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Stay current with legal tech developments through research and professional development.
• Liaise with vendors on support issues, feature requests, and updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in legal technology within a law firm environment.
• Proven experience supporting legal software such as contract analysis, document automation, and practice management tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to legal workflows.
• Strong understanding of legal practice needs and workflows.
• High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Experience creating user documentation, training materials, or knowledge‑base content.
