Senior Lettings Negotiator – Independent Estate Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a well‑established independent estate agency operating across the Cambridge market. You will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional rental services to landlords and tenants while supporting the agency’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants.
• Register applicants, match them to suitable rental properties and arrange viewings.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and secure successful lets.
• Manage the lettings process from offer agreement through to move‑in.
• Work closely with landlords to maximise rental opportunities and occupancy levels.
• Generate new business opportunities and support branch growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to maximise referrals and results.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
• Driven, proactive and target‑focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability with attention to detail.
• Career‑oriented with a desire for long‑term progression.
• Positive attitude and strong team‑working mentality.
• Full UK driving licence.
