Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join Tucker Gardner’s residential sales team in Cambridge. In this full‑time position you will market properties, manage listings and drive sales while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market residential properties to prospective buyers.
• Liaise with local branch networks to coordinate listings and viewings.
• Maintain accurate records and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator looking to progress.
• Outstanding customer‑service orientation.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence.
