Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our award‑winning property team in Warrington. Leaders, part of LRG, has a strong reputation for professionalism and client satisfaction across the UK. The successful candidate will build on existing lettings experience to drive new business and deliver high‑quality service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and register new business opportunities within the lettings market.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lettings process, from property viewings to tenancy agreements.
• Work closely with sales and property‑management teams to ensure smooth handover of tenancies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings or a similar property role.
• Ambitious, hard‑working and highly customer‑service oriented.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
