About the role
Leaders, part of LRG, is an established property group across the UK. It is recruiting a Lettings Consultant (also called Lettings Negotiator) in Warrington, working Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm. The role suits someone with previous lettings experience who is ambitious, hard-working and customer service orientated.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants
- Book and carry out property viewings
- Negotiate and agree tenancies
- Deliver customer service over the phone and face to face
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets
- Represent the company professionally and build strong internal and external relationships
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Full UK driving licence
- Good telephone manner, positive attitude and self-motivation
- Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels and to adapt to change
