Senior Lettings Negotiator – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our busy residential lettings team in Manchester city centre. This full‑time position offers a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment where you will build strong relationships with landlords and applicants while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to lettings enquiries via phone, email, CRM and property portals.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, presenting each property confidently.
• Match prospective tenants to suitable properties and negotiate offers between applicants and landlords.
• Maintain and progress applicant pipelines, ensuring efficient handling of enquiries.
• Provide landlords with regular market updates, feedback and rental performance reports.
• Collaborate with the tenancy progression team to ensure smooth completion of lets.
• Keep accurate records of viewings, offers and property details in the CRM system.
• Assist with property launches, open days and new instructions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings or estate agency.
• Track record of successful viewings, negotiations and lettings.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial mindset with solid negotiation skills.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required skills

• CRM systems proficiency.
