Senior Life & Protection Advisor – Remote (Farnborough)

About the role

Our client, a leading authorised life brokerage, is seeking a Senior Life & Protection Advisor to work remotely while being based in Farnborough. You will provide professional advice on a full range of life and protection products, primarily via phone, and manage a steady flow of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consultative advice on life insurance, income protection and other protection products to prospective and existing clients.
• Handle a mix of hot leads, reviewed leads from the client’s database and fresh web‑generated leads.
• Conduct thorough fact‑findings, manage objections and guide clients through the sales process.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a phone‑based protection sales role, especially income protection.
• Demonstrable ability to manage objections and rejection in a demanding environment.
• Evidence of earnings/performance over the past two years in a similar position.
• Willingness to work 9:30 am‑7:00 pm Monday‑Thursday and 9:00 am‑5:00 pm Friday.

• Starting salary £35,000 plus monthly bonus, OTE up to £70,000.
