Senior Litigation & E-Discovery Services Analyst

About the role

We are partnering with a leading US law firm to recruit a Senior Litigation & E-Discovery Services Analyst for our London office. You will work closely with litigation and e‑discovery attorneys, providing end‑to‑end support across the full lifecycle of complex matters.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to attorneys and project managers, supporting all stages from case inception to trial.
• Lead project planning and coordination for document review, including protocol development, searching, sampling, quality control and production.
• Provide training and ongoing support on litigation systems and applications to attorneys, legal assistants and support staff.
• Manage relationships with external litigation support and e‑discovery vendors.
• Maintain thorough documentation of work performed on client data and develop process documentation and training materials.
• Design, maintain and quality‑control litigation databases on platforms such as Relativity and DISCO, as well as other industry‑standard tools.
• Conduct quality‑control procedures for privilege designations, confidentiality markings and redactions.
• Offer technical support and advice on litigation technology, troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of e‑discovery or litigation support experience within a law firm.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced legal environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with lawyers, clients and staff at all levels.
• Experience translating technical concepts into clear, practical guidance.

• Hands‑on experience with Relativity.
• Hands‑on experience with DISCO.
• Hands‑on experience with Opus.
• Hands‑on experience with OnCue.
