Senior Litigation Lawyer – In‑House Legal Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our busy in‑house Legal Services team in Preston. This senior position combines high‑level litigation work with the supervision and development of a team of lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload covering personal injury, public liability, highways and property disputes.
• Provide day‑to‑day supervision, guidance and quality assurance to junior lawyers.
• Shape service delivery, uphold professional standards and support risk management.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the litigation department.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with litigation practice rights.
• Proven experience managing complex cases and leading a legal team.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil litigation across multiple sectors.
