Senior Management Accountant (Property Development)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join a leading real‑estate investment and development business in London. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the finance function of a fast‑growing property development division that focuses on high‑end commercial leisure and hospitality assets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver variance analysis to the board.
• Partner with operational budget holders to support business planning and forecasting.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis for new development projects.
• Ensure accurate statutory reporting in line with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA member.
• Strong desire to work in a growth‑focused environment with opportunities for career progression.
• Experience in property development or real‑estate finance is advantageous.
