Senior Management Accountant & Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Management Accountant who will also lead a team within a collaborative accountancy practice. The role combines high‑level financial reporting for a diverse client base with day‑to‑day team management and development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad portfolio of SME to international clients, providing management and financial reporting.
• Advise clients on VAT and PAYE matters and oversee preparation of management and year‑end accounts.
• Lead, mentor and delegate work to junior staff within the Business Services Department.
• Coordinate full‑outsourcing projects for client finance functions where required.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualification preferred.
• Extensive experience across a range of organisations and corporate structures.
• Strong management accounting and technical accounting expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commercially astute and client‑focused.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
