Senior Management Accountant – UK P&L & EMEA Reporting

About the role

Robert Half is seeking a commercially‑focused Senior Management Accountant to own the UK profit & loss and support EMEA reporting for a fast‑paced global business. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will combine management reporting with strategic business partnering.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the UK P&L, driving insight and performance.
• Deliver accurate month‑end reporting in line with EMEA deadlines.
• Produce monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations and variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior year.
• Partner with UK cost centres to identify commercial improvements.
• Support compliance activities including audit, tax and VAT returns.
• Oversee product costing and inventory reporting for UK operations.
• Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders across EMEA and US HQ.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Support development and upskilling of the wider finance team.

Required profile

• Qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with strong management reporting and financial analysis experience.
• Proven experience in a similar management accountant role.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Strong MS Office capability.
