Senior Management Accountant/Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Management Accountant/Team Leader to join a collaborative accountancy practice in Surrey. The role involves managing a diverse client portfolio, providing management and financial reporting, and leading a team of junior accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee management and year‑end accounts for SMEs to international groups.
• Advise clients on VAT and PAYE matters.
• Provide management and financial reporting, including full outsourcing of finance functions where required.
• Lead, mentor and delegate work to junior staff within the Business Services Department.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure commercial focus.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualification (preferred).
• Broad experience across various organisational structures.
• Strong management accounting and technical accounting expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
