Senior Manager, Applications Go-to-Market (GTM) Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Applications Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Marketing to design and execute regional sales plays, integrated campaigns and field activation programmes that drive pipeline growth for our enterprise applications portfolio. The role is based in London and works remotely, partnering with product, sales and demand‑generation teams across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plays aligned to growth priorities, industry opportunities and competitive dynamics, creating playbooks, messaging frameworks and sales enablement materials.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns for ERP, HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, CX and industry‑focused solutions, coordinating planning across product marketing, demand generation, digital, partner and field teams.
• Design multi‑channel campaigns (digital, ABM, events, partner‑led) and end‑to‑end customer journeys, ensuring consistent, customer‑centric messaging.
• Support product launches, solution awareness initiatives and competitive marketing programmes.
• Equip sales teams with campaign assets, sales kits, discovery narratives, customer stories, lighthouse references and battle cards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise applications marketing, preferably with SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow or Microsoft solutions.
• Track record of translating product positioning into actionable sales and marketing programmes.
• Experience working on EMEA‑wide GTM initiatives and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
