Senior Manager, AUM and Margins

About the role

The Senior Manager, AUM and Margins will sit in the London Finance department, reporting to senior finance leadership. You will own the end‑to‑end reporting of the Group’s assets under management (AUM) and net revenue, ensuring data integrity and strategic relevance for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and govern the Group’s AUM reporting framework in line with corporate guidance.
• Oversee accuracy and completeness of actual and run‑rate revenue calculations, providing senior sign‑off.
• Develop deep understanding of fund structures, investment exposures and margin dynamics to act as subject‑matter expert.
• Lead quarter‑end, interim and year‑end reporting deliverables for AUM and margins.
• Prepare and present AUM and margin analysis to the CFO and senior finance leadership.
• Drive production and quality assurance of related financial reports.

Required profile

• Significant experience in finance reporting, preferably within investment management.
• Demonstrated expertise in AUM, revenue and margin metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex fund structures.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality reports to senior stakeholders.
