Senior Manager – Colleague Relations

About the role

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Colleague Relations across its UK operations. You will help shape and deliver innovative industrial and employee relations strategies that support a diverse workforce of around 33,000 colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and influence the overall colleague relations strategy and related people policies.
• Build trusted partnerships with recognised unions, People Forums and senior business stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on complex change, industrial and employment relations matters.
• Use insight and data to inform decisions and drive better outcomes for people and the business.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovative ways of working.
• Lead high‑impact projects that enhance the colleague experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in industrial/employee relations within a large organisation.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate with unions.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering change programmes and improving people processes.
• Commitment to inclusive working practices and flexibility for colleagues with disabilities.
