Senior Manager, International Corporate Tax Advisory

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join its International Corporate Tax Advisory (ICTA) team in London. You will advise large multinational corporations on complex cross‑border tax matters, supporting them through market expansion, M&A transactions, and regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships, proactively winning new work and growing existing accounts.
• Lead the delivery of technically complex advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and commercial focus.
• Oversee the quality of client service and project outcomes across the team.
• Develop and execute international tax strategies covering market entry, restructuring, financing, IP optimisation, and BEPS compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external networks to leverage expertise and drive business development.

Required profile

• Significant experience in international corporate tax advisory, preferably with large MNC clients.
• Proven track record of managing complex cross‑border tax projects and delivering high‑quality client service.
• Strong leadership and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to navigate changing global tax legislation and provide practical solutions.
