Senior Manager – International Tax

About the role

International Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead international tax initiatives on a 12‑month maternity‑cover basis. The role combines advisory work on acquisitions, disposals, and group restructurings with transfer‑pricing projects in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on international tax aspects of acquisition integrations, disposals and group reorganisations.
• Participate in the global legal‑entity simplification programme.
• Support the group’s cash repatriation strategy.
• Manage withholding tax (WHT) and indirect tax profiles, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Optimise the group’s tax structure and effective tax rate.
• Deliver transfer‑pricing project work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international tax and transfer pricing.
• Exposure to M&A, restructuring and cross‑border projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Strong communication skills with confidence engaging global stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable approach and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
