Senior Manager - Reporting, RCA & Operational Efficiency

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Operational Efficiency, you will shape how Lloyds Banking Group resolves conduct matters and drives continuous improvement across the workplace. You will lead a data‑driven function that provides trusted insight to senior leaders, ensuring fair, consistent outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the reporting, insight and root‑cause analysis agenda across the end‑to‑end conduct ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain a coherent, decision‑useful view of conduct case volumes and trends.
• Partner with senior managers to ensure regulatory compliance and governance standards are met.
• Design and implement frameworks, tools and processes that promote early, informal resolution where appropriate.
• Translate case learnings into actionable recommendations that improve organisational culture and integrity.

Required profile

• Significant experience in workplace resolution, investigations or related HR functions.
• Strong judgement and the ability to balance fairness with regulatory expectations.
• Proven track record of leading senior‑level stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in building data‑driven, insight‑led functions.
