Senior Manager – Retail

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a high‑performing store team in the United Kingdom. In this role you will create a positive customer experience, drive business performance, and support the Store Leader with strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of managers and associates, fostering growth and achieving performance goals.
• Recruit, train, and retain a diverse, high‑performing workforce.
• Engage on the sales floor, model exemplary customer service, and ensure business priorities are met.
• Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
• Uphold company policies, protect assets, and maintain confidentiality.
• Promote an inclusive, safe, and respectful workplace.

Required profile

• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Proficiency in the local language (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales or a related field.
