Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Reed.ai is an early‑stage AI company reshaping recruitment for SMEs. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up, working closely with the Chief Customer Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CCO and GTM lead to define a bold, commercially driven brand and marketing strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end marketing performance, continuously analysing, optimising and driving growth.
• Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns across paid social, SEO, PPC, email and other channels to generate awareness and conversions.
• Build scalable, automated marketing processes that improve efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Manage the marketing budget with commercial discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting and ROI.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in start‑up or scale‑up environments.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering SEO and growth strategies from concept to execution.
• Data‑driven mindset with a test‑and‑learn approach and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities for campaigns, email and creative briefs.
• Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross‑functionally.
