Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a leading premium fitness brand seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth across our established UK studios. You will lead data‑driven campaigns, partnerships and community initiatives to acquire, retain and reactivate clients while delivering measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for multiple studio locations.
• Design and launch bold campaigns that align with brand objectives and revenue targets.
• Manage partnership programmes and community engagement activities.
• Leverage data and insights to optimise acquisition, retention and re‑activation efforts.
• Collaborate closely with Studio Operations and central Marketing teams to align marketing actions with studio performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on ROI of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within the fitness or lifestyle sector.
• Strong commercial focus with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Hands‑on, data‑led mindset able to turn insights into actionable campaigns.
• Excellent strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute tactically.
• Ability to work flexibly across mornings, evenings and weekends to support studio needs.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £55,000 and £60,000 per year.
• Hybrid work model – 4 days per week in our Central London office.
