Social Media Manager - AI First

About the role

Evershare is a London-based digital marketing group that runs its own brands and selected clients' accounts. AI is central to how the company works, so this role directs AI to produce social media content end to end: strategy, research, design, video, copy, publishing, community management, live reporting and client contact. It is a single-person role expected to cover the work of a team of three, producing design, video, research, translation, scheduling and reporting with AI.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full social media journey, from idea to published content and measurable learning
• Direct, review and improve AI-generated outputs, and build workflows that make campaigns faster and easier
• Follow AI-first rules: pick the AI tool or workflow first, work manually only when no tool can do it, and record why
• Maintain prompt libraries, brand-voice guides, templates and automations in the shared company workspace, and test new tools every week

Required profile

• A portfolio of social content, design and video created with AI, including the prompts or workflows behind it
• Daily, confident use of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for research, strategy, copy and analysis, including custom instructions, projects or custom GPTs
• At least two years of experience running social media for brands or clients
• Fluent written and spoken English, able to spot and fix unnatural AI-generated copy
• Organised, self-directed and reliable, able to work remotely across several brands at once
• Nice to have: ecommerce, food retail, travel or hospitality marketing experience

Required skills

• AI image tools such as Midjourney, Canva AI or Higgsfield, and AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen or CapCut
• Nice to have: GoHighLevel, ClickUp and Google Analytics 4; paid social with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads; basic SEO and repurposing social content for blogs and newsletters
