Senior Media & Performance Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a digitally‑savvy Senior Media & Performance Executive to join our hybrid team in Rickmansworth. You will work hands‑on with multi‑channel campaigns, dive into performance data and help our clients achieve better results across a range of digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery and optimisation of multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• Work within advertising platforms to monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Analyse data, identify optimisation opportunities and produce insightful reports.
• Assist with audience targeting, segmentation and channel planning.
• Collaborate with internal specialists in media, strategy, creative and performance.
• Support client meetings and help build strong client relationships.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in media agencies, digital agencies or performance marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, positive attitude and confidence to take ownership.

What we offer

• Salary between £28,000 and £35,000 depending on experience.
