Senior MEP BIM Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior MEP BIM Coordinator to lead the coordination of mechanical, electrical and public‑health services on large, complex building projects. You will work within a Digital Engineering team, using BIM methodologies to deliver fully coordinated design and construction models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and review 3D models and 2D drawings in Revit and Navisworks.
• Identify, report and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage, producing clash detection reports.
• Set up and maintain BIM models, families, templates and workflows in line with company standards and project BIM Execution Plans.
• Collaborate with MEP design engineers, architects, structural engineers and contractors to ensure accurate, clash‑free coordination.
• Participate in coordination meetings, present issues and lead technical discussions.
• Ensure models meet project‑specific BIM standards, Level of Detail (LOD) requirements and information delivery milestones.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification (HNC/HND, BSc or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Engineering or BIM/Digital Construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their spatial/technical requirements.
• Proven experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary models and drawings on large construction projects.
