Senior MEP Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex data‑centre and mission‑critical construction projects. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will join the leadership team and be responsible for the full lifecycle of mechanical, electrical and public‑services (MEP) works.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design coordination, technical tender assessments and subcontractor management.
• Control procurement, programme schedules and project budgets.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with client and regulatory standards.
• Manage risk and opportunity registers, including early‑warning systems.
• Lead daily activities of contractors and vendors across multiple sites.
• Deliver handover packages to operations teams, resolving all defects.
• Develop value‑engineering solutions for MEP works.

Required profile

• Extensive MEP construction background with a mechanical or electrical focus.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale commercial, industrial or mission‑critical projects.
• Experience leading high‑value projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle from design to commissioning.
