Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

About the role

This senior position is responsible for cost control and financial planning of mechanical and electrical (MEP) projects across commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use developments. You will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and financial reports for MEP projects.
• Evaluate and manage contracts, ensuring they meet project specifications.
• Monitor costs throughout delivery to maintain financial control.
• Provide cost advice on commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use developments.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose solutions to minimise financial exposure.
• Process valuations and payment applications accurately.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in MEP, mechanical and electrical quantity surveying.
• Experience on commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and financial management.
• RICS accreditation or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
