Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead (Hybrid London)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead to drive end‑to‑end implementations for our clients. The role combines technical expertise with strong stakeholder management, delivering finance‑focused digital transformation projects in a hybrid London environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, from discovery to go‑live.
• Design and deliver scalable solutions with a primary focus on the Finance module.
• Manage upgrades, migrations and continuous solution enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project delivery teams, ensuring projects are on time, within scope and follow Microsoft best practices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a consultancy setting.
• Deep expertise in the Finance module of Business Central.
• Proven track record of leading successful upgrades and migration projects.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
