Senior Mortgage Advisor – High Earning Potential

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor to join a busy estate agency branch in Thanet, Kent. You will work within a high‑performing team, providing full‑market mortgage and protection advice to a range of clients, from first‑time buyers to buy‑to‑let investors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end mortgage solutions, from initial appointment to completion.
• Provide protection advice alongside mortgage recommendations.
• Manage a steady flow of enquiries generated by the estate agency’s lead system.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing client database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly appointment targets.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification (minimum CeMAP 1).
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and protection schemes.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused approach.
• Target‑driven and professional attitude.

Required skills

• Basic salary up to £28,000.
• Company car or car allowance.
• Realistic OTE of £45,000 in year 1, rising to £65,000+ in year 2.
