Senior National Account Manager

About the role

Join a leading consumer‑goods company as a Senior National Account Manager based at the UK head office in Weybridge. You will be responsible for driving growth with top retail partners across key brands and product categories, shaping and executing strategic customer plans from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement winning customer plans that align with business objectives.
• Lead negotiations and manage trade budgets for major accounts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Drive efficiency in forecasting and supply‑chain planning.
• Act as a visible leader and influencer across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior national account management within a consumer‑goods environment.
• Track record of achieving sales targets ranging from £20 million to £100 million.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with major retail partners.
• Comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business.
